The School Turnaround Learning Community (STLC) is a key element in the U.S. Department of Education’s effort to provide support to state, district, and school leaders working to turn around the nation’s lowest-achieving schools. The site offers resources, training, and discussion tools enabling users to share school turnaround practices and lessons learned and facilitate networking to support schools more effectively.
